We do NOT collect, store, access, or have visibility into:

• Your conversations with AI
• Your imported ChatGPT history
• Your prompts or AI responses
• Any content you create or share within the application

Your conversations are stored locally in your browser or on your device. We never see them.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for:

• Account authentication
• Subscription management and billing
• Critical service announcements (rare)
• Password reset and security notifications

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Send marketing or promotional emails
• Share your information with advertisers
• Use your data for AI training

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe - Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• OpenAI - AI model provider (Pro tier only). Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy

For BYOK (Lite tier) users, your API key is stored locally on your device and transmitted directly to OpenAI. We never see or store your API key.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Secure authentication systems
• Regular security audits
• Limited employee access to user data

Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Stripe may retain payment records as required by law
